AGREEMENT BETWEEN CUSTOMER AND Business & Technology Services VIP, LLC
We extend a warm welcome to those persons interested in our Vacation Home Rental services and take this opportunity to outline in the foregoing “AGREEMENT” our terms, regulations, conditions and relevant notices with regard to the relationship existing between our organization and our clients to whom our services are rendered. Our services, as described in this document, include assisting customers in locating suitable accomodations for short term vacation stays in the geographical area of the greater Orlando/Kissimmee in Central Florida, extending wes from the golf of Mexico and towards the Atlantic Ocean to the east, most specifically all locations along the known attractions and theme parks of the region. Accomodations for rental include homes, villas, townhouses, condominiums and apartments. We serve as liaison between the owner(s) of such properties who may be actual physical individuals or management companies acting on behalf of third parties and ascertain that our customers are dealing with well established and trustworthy individuals. Our assistance will extend to providing our customers with information regarding travel to the locations of the properties. No other activity is stated or implied and we are not responsible for other arrangements made by those parties with regard to travel itinerary services, hotels and airline as well as other means of transportation. We are not a Real Estate Company and are not acting on behalf of Real Estate Companies. The terms "we", "us", "our" and "Business & Technology VIP" refer to Business & Technology Services VIP, LLC, a Florida based Corporation and/or any other business name related to us that we may use from time to time. The term "you" refers to the customer visiting the Website and/or booking a rental reservation through our organization or our legally authorized representatives or customer services agents.
PREPAID RESERVATIONS
BUSINESS & TECHNOLOGY SERVICES VIP, LLC pre-negotiates certain rental rates for various properties directly with the owners of such properties or companies managing such properties. By using our services, you authorize us to book reservations for the total price of such reservations, which include the rental rate of the property, tax recovery charges and service fees. You agree that your credit card will be charged by Business & Technology VIP, LLC for the total reservation price. Upon receiving your reservation request and corresponding payment, we assume responsibility to make the necessary arrangements with the owners and retain the property for the time specified.
We do not collect taxes for remittance to applicable taxing authorities. We only retain our fees as compensation for services rendered in securing the property on your behalf. All amounts are remitted to the owners or management companies who will remit applicable taxes to the competent taxing jurisdictions.
We reserve the right to cancel any reservation if the balance due is not paid on the due date agreed upon.
USE OF THE WEBSITE
You must be of legal age (at least 18 years old) in order to use this Website and must possess the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation on your behalf and on behalf of those persons accompanying you and that you will use this Website to make legitimate reservations for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act. You will also need to provide us with legitimate and valid credit information for the purpose of rental deposits to hold a given property as well as other payments for the rental of such property. You warrant that all information supplied by you on this Website is true, accurate, current and complete, and that you will supervise and be completely responsible for any use of your credit card accounts by anyone other than you. We retain the right at our sole discretion to deny access to anyone to this Website and the services we offer, at any time and for any reason, should we feel that our Agreement has been violated.
